How funny would it look with a hartman 144 on my RTX with a 136 expert? Would it work and look okay? I can get a used Hartman 144 for my sled. I'm trying to get a visual of how much overhang there would be. I have also baught the Yamaha 136 large rear cooler that I need to fir into this thing. One good point of a longer tunnel ext. would be that the cooler would always have snow hitting it. Any suggestions?

For the cooler, you will either have to modify the cooler to fit against the tunnel extension, or add drop down brackets for it to attach to. Aftermarket tunnel extensions are about 2 inches higher than OEM tunnel extensions.
For funny looking... Hartman 144" tunnel extension looks good (maybe even a little bit long) with 144" expertx. It'll look pretty silly with a 136. Why don't you get 144" rails to balance it all out?

LB,
I really thought about the 144". I'm affraid it would wear me out in the trails after riding all day to manuver the sled threough the twisties. If the 136 goes well this season, I may in fact go to a 144 next year.

My 144 hartman extension is now mounted with the 136 expert. It doesn't look bad at all. I'll bet most peaple won't even be able to tell the differance. When my sled is all done, I'll post the pics in the garage section where some pics of my sled are already at.
