So really, all you need to do it make two new mounting shafts? A machine shop should be able to get some round stock aluminum and drill/tap them out. Why not just order the shaft from ADB?
Sure would be nice to know the exact width of the stock/sled shafts. Have you tried calling ADB? If you can get a hold of someone, they are usually very helpful. Its getting a hold of them that is the issue.

Check here these have an exploded view of the different Snowhawk and ZX2 suspensions with part numbers. It might be time consuming but I would start with cross referencing axle part numbers to see if there are differences. The rails are the same but I would be willing to bet that all the axles are different.

why would they all have to be replaced? I'd be willing to be that the rails are the same width apart, and just the mounting shafts need to be replaced/made? What is the width between the rails on your skid?

They might be the same, thats why I suggested cross referencing parts numbers to be sure. Seems like a wide skid for a snow hawk but I could be wrong. Even the mounting shafts are listed so he can cross reference those parts too.

I just noticed in the lower right hand corner of the ZX2 parts diagram it also says snow hawk so your skid is probably the same width. I highlighted the parts your need with red dots, most of them you will need 2x except for the mounting axles # 39 and 40. I didnt see adjusters on you pics and I highlighted those with blue dots. I hope this helps you on your quest.

Turns out it was in a snow hawk and I need both cross frame axles and the upper wheels along with the mounting kit for the Nytro. The rest of the skid will be just fine no other parts needed.

I think after seeing the snowhawk pics with the zx2 in them this skid came out of one. how much work is this going to take to make it work in my nytro?
Oh oh , same problem I faced, call mike at ADB he was the one who got me a new skid opposed to all the parts needed to convert the skid,,, more than wheels you need arms and axels to increase the width. Mike said it would be the same price as a new skid.... I paid 2300. Cnd all in

Too bad you're not closer, wouldn't take much to whip up the wheel mounts and cross shafts on the laith and you could just get the bolts from any bolt supply place. All you would need to buy from adb would be the wheels and the adjusters.
You want to sell it..........Just had to ask

I have mine out on my bench so if you want any measurements let me know….my skid is fresh off of the press brand new and never installed.
