Ok, so I sold my BTX and got a 2020 146 XTX SE. I really wanted a LE version but they are not sold in Scandinavia, so I had to stick with the SE.
So my question is this, how much difference is it in how the front behaves on trail between the LE and the SE? I'm considering upgrading the front to the 42" ARCS but I don't know it if is worth the 2 grand it costs. So has anyone made any comparison between the two versions?
Any input would be nice!

Also does anyone know the maximum lug height that can fit?

I’m looking forward to some replies to your questions I snow checked an le for the front end and plan on adding a bigger track. This is on my wish list for tracks I’m hoping it will fit

I believe the bigger lug tracks have a 7 tooth 3.0 pitch driver which is smaller in diameter allowing more clearance for the lug height.
You can always measure the clearance of what you have to know for sure.

The SE is a 38” front IIRC vs the 42” on the LE. Big difference on trail and off. My MTX 153 has a 38” front stance and is so much more tippy in the corners than my XTX LE 146. Night and day. I have to fight the MTX around the corner and it hangs the inside ski every time and I even put a sway bar on my MTX. The XTX corners so much better. But in the powder, the MTX feels a lot more nimble and easier to turn because you can use rider weight to easily get it on its side.

Edit: I just realized this is an old post that I brought back from the grave.
