Been a Nytro owner for 9 yrs. A lot of upgrades.

Have a buyer that is offering what I cannot say no to. Good deal for both parties.

Found a 15 Viper mtx with an mpi 240 turbo. Owner installed 2000 kms ago when sled had 1900 kms on it...original owner. Gems controller, set at 8lbs. Inter cooler and af guage. Updated rods to forged when he installed turbo as well as pistons (not sure what type but not wiseco). All billet wheels in skid, cv tech prim and sec clutcing. Updated track shaft to a stronger alum( again, not sure what exactly). Motor is also cammed. He did zero trail with it..only flat land hills and fields at sea level or slightly above. Programmed for 0 - 1000 ft.

I know very little about turbos, and from what I see, mpi is no longer in business.
I am aware of the potential bearing spinning on driveshaft issues and possuble oi tank and rov issues with this sled as well as the SW. He said this motor is the 998 motor. I thought they were all 1049 tripples up to a certain time. Can anyone confirm that? Said he changed rods and pistons for preventative problems when adding turbo, and has been flawless since...same belt even. Says $24K invested overall including price of Viper when he bought it. Told me why he is selling, and I have no reason to think he is lying. Facetimed me with a cold start up and idle for about 5 mins. Took a few turns of the key to get it fired..but nothing that seemed concerning. Sled is 3 hrs away, and b4 I go see it in person, thought I'd get some info from any Viper 240 mpi guys here.
