I have a 1999-600 Grizzly have re built the carbs twice-but there is still gas gettting into the air box and the crank. After it runs a few seconds gas and oil go up the breather tube into the air box. Any suggestions??? Need Help

hows the compression on the bike?
does the float float in a container of gas?
does it fill up when the motor is not running withe the gas turned on?
does it continue filling after you kill the motor after it runs?
