k&n filters, 160 main jets, red springs. There is still a lean bog on the jack stand, but while riding not noticably. The kit turned this RX-1 into an animal. I can't believe what a differance. Thanks for all the help.

Hay blue did you see any gain in WOT shift rpm or do any testing that would prove any gain in power, Would like to gain a few HP'S my self. Also how is the induction noise, Will you be able to stand it all day. THANK'S KVIPER

Ive got the ecp kit,, 165 jets and silver springs ,,, NO BOG... pulls like a freght train!! Only faster!!

A bit louder but i could take the noise for the HP diffence!!

Where can I purchase the K&N filter setup-plus jets.[

I removed my air box for the first time to day to hook up battery charger leads.Reinstalling the air box is a pain in the rear.I like the idea of removing all the extra weight from the front and simplfying the air intake.Do any of you guys have any photos ,I could see of your modifications.I would really appreciate your efforts.
Thanks :)

Yea beawarrior just a pain in #*$&@ reinstalling carbs back into boots, you must open them up all the way,and it will be much easier. Now i was concerned about the vibration while running thru the bumps,so i made up a plastic piece, that mounts from the front bracket on top of the delta box,it is the delta box, right in front of the tool box, where the rubber tigh down for the old air box was,i ran a piece of fairly stiff plastic, mine was about 1/8 thick would of liked 1/4 but had to use what i could get last minute, now just but it up to front of the carb rack in between the fuel hoses,so you dont pench them off,and it should be just 10" long from there to front delta frame right at the rubber hold down, you will see a steel bracket on top of box i had to drill thru it to get to frame,2-3 places piece is about 7" wide i think going from memory here, now you could, and i might make a much bigger piece to cover most of area in front of rack, but not enough time right now,i think this will help,it is just going to keep some pressure up aganist the carbs a little like the old box did,now i know the box supported it much better, that is why i will w/ more time redo this,Merry Christmas everyone, and happy Holidays hope we can find snow!!!!!!!!!

I went to Freddie's web site but saw no info on this kit. Kit appears to come with filters and jets, anything else? What has he been getting for them? Guess I'll have to give him a call and get one coming.

RX-1MAN - What exactly comes with the kit?

This is the reply I got from Freddie at ECP when asking the ? above.

All funds are in U.S. currency:
Filters $98.95
Jets $10.00 (4)
Crankcase vent filter $24.95
NGK CR10EK sparkplugs $31.80 (4) (optional)
Silver CV slide springs $35.00 (this is what we had best results with..not required though)
Pre Filters $37.90 (only needed for snow powdery conditions)

THANKS RXRIDER :!: I'm calling him Monday to order

Hey mmmsnowbeast,
Got any pictures of that plastic bracket? I was thinking of doing something similar but out of alum.

Sorry redrx i dont have a digital cam. for pics, but it was very simple, just had to bend slightly for the battery, because it sticks up a little, from the back of the carb fuel rail to the front of the delta box,now i think it was 10" in a straight line from point to point, and i just drilled two holes thru delta frame, and secured the plastic support right along the frame, and it just butted up against the fuel rail under the carbs, thats it. hope this helps. Pete

Here you go guys .

The piece in front is a boot mat ($6-7) cut out and used velco to attach
removes very easy and help keep everything tidy. Also my fuel
shut off valves and bracket.

PS. No that is not a florscent light its my sticker.
