Helped install a 2.5" x 16 CE last night. I was under the impression it would just clear everything up front, but we ended up trimming the outside corners of the ouside paddles which were catching on the heat exchanger. Better now, but some of the paddles are still rubbing a bit on top just before the exchanger. Should we run it and see if this goes away after the track seats in a bit? Anybody else run into this? Don't really want to trim all the paddles. Sled has 7 tooth Wahl drivers.

hmmmm...
This doesn't sound real good! I wouldn't run it that way because it will only get looser and this means ballooning up against the under side of the tunnel while running......I know lots do it but I have not heard it this bad while just setting there? I'm running the Power Claw and it works real nice with minimal rubbing under hard excelleration. I would think this HAS GOT TO affect track speed and snow removal out of the tunnel.....anyone else have comments?

Mine rubbed as well. Mine just rubbed in the corners like you had said. I just trimmed 1/4" of the corners of all the out side paddles and all has been good since.
