1- what is the stock limiter strap setting? ( bought used and steers hard)

2-How are pilot 6.9 on the trails?
If no down side then I may go that way so I can carry the front end slower when I ride the lakes and off trail deeper stuff.
THanks

I asked the same question on the limiter strap setting. Once I got in there to change them back, it was extremely obvious what the stock setting was because it left a washer impression on the strap. Check it out, it probably did the same on yours.

Not sure about the skis, I'm running Razors.

thanks guys.

Any experience with the wide Pilots ?

Yamadoo, I thought for sure there were some threads on the Pilot 6.9 skis and that people did not like them on the trails. They preferred the 5.7 version on the trails. But I searched the site this morning and could not find the threads. :o|

This may sound odd, but maybe you should search around on Doo Talk to see if any guys over there have switched to Pilot 6.9 skis.

The stock limiter strap setting on all monos is in the 2nd hole from the top. Running the strap in the middle hole will definitely cause heavier steering and more darting
