I have a set of Heelclicker 2 speed weights weights I would like to try out on Nytro XTX. Looking for baseline recommndations for a starting point on tuning hardware placement and helix angle.

Try this
black hc primary spring
1 bolt 2 washers in heel
rest of weight empty.
45 or 47 helix will give better aceleration.

Have you run these with the 14.5mm rollers? I noticed the weights are 2mm shorter then stock weights.

I thought I remember you running the Rat weights? What's up?

I did try the Super Rats, but wanted to try 2 speed setup before the season is over.

He sold them to me, lol...........

if you want a holeshot and to pull ....you know what I said....

What is the difference between the updated series series of 2 speed weights vs. original?

original 40-10's were powder metal with an aluminum "hammer"...

the new is all billet steel and therefore...the hammer is 20 grams vs 10 grams...

the newer has a slightly less agressive profile...

Thanks, SJ.

the original 4 stroke 2 speeds were 20/40. When they shaved 2 grams off the body of the main weight they worked a lot better to make them into 20/38.

yes turk you are talking of the second version basically while he was switching over to the billet steel....

the originals had a 10 gram aluminum hammer....

turk p.m. me when you get a chance on that update
