2003 - 2004 clutching

What is the difference between the 2003 and 2004 clutching and gearing on the RX short. did they put different weights, spring and what did they do to the secondary. Anyone know.
Oh by the way, I bagged a 52-1/2 bull moose last suday evening. Gooood eating.
