sled just quit ,riding along and boom ... shut off ....was told it was fuel pump ?? have spark but no vacum to one off the fuel pumps ,took to shopand was told the crank is bad ??? really ..i dont think thats the issue ...anybody have any ideas ????

was it knocking or anything?
this does not sound like a usual problem. have you checked the wiring in the nose under the tool box holder?

If one pump works than the other one should have vacuum also ??

i think the vacume pulses come from 2 different places if i remeber correctly.
can you check if there is still fuel in the float bowls? there are drains on the bottom. if it still has fuel in the carb bowls, it is a eletrical/spark problem and i am not always the greatest on those.

Correct, vacuum pulls of 2 different carbs and they aren't connected on the vacuum side. A bad cylinder will cause no vacuum impulses.
Anyway, check spark first, and then compression test while the plugs are out.

Found issue .. Took valve cover off and found pieces , so not good , need cams and head ..
