2005 RX-1ER Heated Shield plug

I am looking to install a heated shield plug. Is there anywhere special to tap into the electrical system,or just run to the battery? Thanks

I personally like it direct to the battery with an inline fuse. You could even put a switch or an auto relay if you want to get real fancy.
