I need some helpful information upon possibly having to rejet my stock Warrior as I am planning to install 2 TPI valves on my airbox.Has anyone out there did this to their machine ??? If so was there any improvement at all and what size jets do you recommend .I am definately going to increase my jetting a bit but not sure what size to go with .Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

good question
I have an 05 warrior as well and I have been looking to do something to the airbox. There is someone on the site that runs 4 TPI's on the lid with 160 Main jets, and there is another that put a ram air setup on a stock airbox and he runs 147.5 Jets, I thought 2 TPI's would be good as well, but there are opinions out there that you should leave the lid alone and modify the bottom of the airbox before the filter.
My Warrior is stock except for green springs, NGK plugs and I run 140 main jets for the cdn winters.

I went to the 140's the same time as I changed to the green carb springs. I did notice a difference with the 2 changes. I think the jetting chart showed 140's for -16C and colder. It has never bogged or ran poorly even in warmer weather, like near freezing.
