I did not remove the fuel filter in the tank but installed two inline filters outside.thats a good point of possible fuel restriction as the problem I am having seems as if its case of fuel starvation at full throttle is where the problem occurs

The possibility of the tanks filter make be slightly blocked sounds like a good possibility causing what seems to be my fuel starvation problem at full throttle.It runs excellent after the symptom occurs a minute or so of releasing throttle.

Did you put the external filters on the inlet or outlet side of the fuel pumps? It is entirely possible that you can not use externals or that they may have to be on the inlet versus the outlet, visa-versa. Then, ... one has to ask, how much differential pressure is there across the filter? What type of external filter are they? Just a screen or did you add a paper filter.

After you check the internal filter and if you do not find a "smoking gun" maybe, you might want to try going back to no external filters and see how it runs.

The external filters are mounted just before the fuel pumps and are clear plastic paper element fram filters mounted before the fuel pumps.A possibility of restriction with them could be although I may check the internal tank filter for blockage as I did not do as of yet.The externals are brand new.I would have to say the internal would clog up first since its at the source.What about the carburetor slide springs,should those be changed since the sled is rejetted along with the addition of the TPI valves changing the volumetric pressure in the airbox when open ???

Changing the Slide springs is a possibility. However, I am NOT the one to speak to the effects of the different springs. I have never changed these and tested them. However, ...

There is also needle clip position to consider. If you lowered the clip, the needle would be raised and more fuel could pass. I have recently read an article where they were even using shims on the clips to get discrete changes.

I guess I would start by setting the sled up on a stand and setting up the fuel level test. If you verify that the fuel level was NOT dropping at WOT, then considering other things like clips, bigger jets, etc would be reasonable. But, until you know for sure enough fuel is getting to the carb at WOT, I would have to be a bit skeptical of other changes.

Crap stuck in the needle/float valve could also skew a carb's performance.

Yes I agree with you about setting up on a stand for a fuel level test to see if the carbs are receiving enough fuel and not running dry is going to be my first test as I believe it is a fuel starvation problem,possibly dirty filter ,carb,or faulty float setting all to begin with before I go any further and more technical with this issue.Start with the basics first.
