2005 yamaha vector rd misfire

2005 yamaha vector rs misfiring on 3rd cylinder from pumps... coils are good fuel filters are good... sat for two years... only misfires at idle when off of choke... everything exterior looks good no chewed wires no holes in boots... new fuel used stabil before put away.. please help

Take the carbs apart and pull the pilots. Clean them really good with a small wire or replace them.
