2005 yamaha vector rs misfire

2005 yamaha vector rs misfiring on 3rd cylinder from pumps... coils are good fuel filters are good... sat for two years... only misfires at idle when off of choke... everything exterior looks good no chewed wires no holes in boots... new fuel used stabil before put away.. please help

Carbs need cleaning. The pilot jet is gummed up. Nothing more, nothing less.
