I installed an 8" Powermadd riser plus a 1.25" pivot adapter which equals 9.25" of riser...so whatever you do you will be fine!
If anything...follow the cables and look for some slack...you will find it. I didn't have a problem

3.5" Rox Riser is a big as you can go. No problems with over 1,500 miles on my riser.
