RX1 Handle Bar Riser !

Hi ! i am looking to buy a gift to my sled and i ! Handle bar riser, how high can i go without replacing anything else but the throttle cable ? The Yamaha dealer told me i should not have any problem with a powermadd 5" riser and a rx moutain throttle cable... is that correct ?

I have a six" on mine. I made all of the wires longer. Unhooked the brake cables from their holders, and took the gold bracket off of the steering column.

The next best thing to do after installing a apex seat !!! I bought te 5'' powermadd riser and 05 mountain throttle cable and removed the parking rale cable now the only thing is the brake hose that is quite streched so i ordered one from a 05 rx mountain and see if that will help !

Did you unhook the clip that holds the brake hose. That helped with mine.

Yes i did it is now located over the coolant tank, i just dont want to take any chance for 40$ !
