Does anyone know the stock rear spring on the Attak and what there are for options going up? I have a buddy that is a bigger guy and his sled is always squatting. The shock is good, it seems the spring is weak.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Standard is a 49Nm. Optional was a 69Nm
I installed a Pioneer Perf 6.5 on my Attak.

Pioneer sold a 7.0 and 8.0 as well. I just put the 7.0 on mine but haven't tried it yet.

Here are Yamaha part numbers--probably more helpful:
8FU-47489-10-00 SPRING 1 (6.5Kg)
8FT-47489-10-00 SPRING 1 (7.0Kg)
8FU-47489-30-00 SPRING 1 (8.0Kg)
Barn of Parts has new multi rate springs, FYI.

Thanks guys. He is going to go with the stiffer spring and lower pre-load. It should help out a lot.
