I am working on a 2006 RS Vector that has been sitting for years. I emptied the tank, cleaned it and put in fresh gas. I cleaned the carbs and they looked like new. I changed the spark plugs. Checked all the wires for any obvious sign of mice damage and all looked great. the sled runs great at idle and while it is still cold but as soon as it gets up to temperature, it wont go at all and just stalls out. Let it cool down for a bit and it runs great again untill it reaches temperature again. Any thoughts?

Temp sensor is the 1st place I'd start.

Not throwing any codes. Runs great until it reaches normal operating temperature then falls on its face. Temperature sensor ... maybe. Guess I will have to give it a try.

What sort of resistance are are you seeing on your Throttle Position Sensor as you depress throttle? Between pins 2 and 3..
1 2
3
At the connector on carb side measure the resistance between 1-3 1st. I think in the 4-6Kohm range.
Then measure the resistance between 2-3 and watch the resistance fluctuation until a fully depressed throttle. I think 0-4Kohm.
