I'm a firm beleiver in buying your sled from a local dealer even if you pay a little more because when there is a problem they go out of there way to fix right and get you back on the trail.

yamismurf, you mean to tell me that you buy your machine somewhere else and then take it to your dealer for service?

Sure...I purchased my last sled from them and have a great relationship with sales, parts and service. I have three ridding buddies with a total of 10 sleds excluding mine. They love to have our service, whether or not we purchase from them. My salesman is a friend, and he doesn't blame me for buying elsewhere. Sorry, I'm on a budget, and a grand is a grand.

Service is where the money is at for these shops in the winter. I doubt snowmobile sales cover the cost of salesmen and floorspace.
