Has anyone purchased a sled from Highlands Yamaha in Countryside, IL near Chicago? They by far have the best pricing, but just wondered their reputation. I was given a price OTD, and don't want to show up only to have surprise add on $'s.

Highlands Yamaha

Highlands has the best prices on vehicles and accessories. No games everything will be as promised as far as what they quoted you. They know they are lowest price in the game and are a true volume dealership but they do have a take it or leave it attitude. No negotiation and I'm not sure about their service department yet as I had several issues with the prep. of my new sled and they haven't been able to answer some basic questions or just tell me things are normal.

My personal stance right now is buy sleds and accessories from them but service elsewhere until they can show me otherwise if I give them the chance or talk to others.

Headlight pod...suspension setup, lack of knowledge about current issues. Hand Warmers, Wheels, Etc.

Service rates and prices compared to other dealerships.

That's why I kind of look at them as the Wal-Mart/Super Center of sled stuff but am liri of the service after the sale. "Take it or leave it attitude on just about everything"

mightyRTX is incorrect. You will pay 7% ill sales tax and a 40.00 documentation fee. You will not have to pay Mi sales atx only because ill is higher. I always use Highlands price plus the 7% plus 40.00 plus 100.00 in gas against my dealer to get the same price from them. If you call Highland they will give you an OTD price.

Purchased my rtx at Highlands and have no complaints.

Got my Attak from Highlands.
The sled has been FLAWLESS!!!!!!! The set up was spot on they set the suspension to how I wanted it.
BEST prices BEST SERVICE.
I have 3 other Yami dealers within 1/2 hour drive of me. I drive the 1 1/2 hours to get to HIGHLANDS.
Hats off to Terry, Vince and Dan in service

A friend of mine did over $4000 damage to his Attack in early Dec. Highlands Yamaha took parts off a sled on the floor to get him going. (Parts were on backorder) The kicker was , he did not buy his sled there. Excellant service. There is no dealer prep or bs fees.

I know of three sleds bought there that needed gone through after they were picked up new!

I believe they just throw them together & ship them out!!!

Their prices are always right there though!!!
