I have a 2007 Apex GT that won't fire up. Its been sitting for over two years. I replaced the fuel, new plugs and added some sea foam to the gas. If I squirt a bit of Starting Fluid it will fire for a second but wont run. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
If it fires with starting fluid it's not the ecm shutting
it down. You are just not getting gas. Make sure your
injector pump is working (fuel pump) and keep trying.
Go easy on the starting fluid, not good for motors
in large quantities.

Take the airbox off and squirt fuel down the intakes and lay off the starter fluid. I dries out the cylinders and then there is no lube on the cyl walls thus no ring seal. Also sounds to me like its not getting fuel.

Battery is good. Took the airbox completely off and used gas in the throttle bodies. Runs off that but still wont pull fuel. Any way to test the pump? How about a fuel filter?

Can you hear the fuel pump running. When you turn the key on you should be able to feel one of the relays above the left footwell click and hear the pump running.
Fuel pump is not comint on. I checked the relay and that is worknig.

Check the wires to the pump under the seat.
I've heard of critters chewing them there. You also can check for power to the pump while you are there.
