My dealer put the 2008 Pivot Arm Link under my sled last week. Seems to ride great now. Did a 200 mile trip and have a question.
In the attached picture, it looks like the bottom of my front skid shoock is only like 1/4" above the track. Is this correct or did something else break?
Can someone looks under their sled and let me know. I'd like to take another trip tomorrow but don't want to risk it if something is wrong.
thanks

The dealer showed me the old and new, the new one has a bunch of extra braces welded on it. I looks a lot stronger than than the old one.
Am I not calling it by the correct name?

Okay yes that is a 08 front arm.Thats good.Link is what both shocks are attached to in first pic.If I remember right the shock is real close to track.I think if you compress suspension it will move away from track.

My front shock is rubbing on my track and dealer said my link was fine. no cracks or broken pieces according to them.

If its rubbing thats not right.Maybe the links shaft is bent.
