I just bought a 07 Phazer for my son,the suspension sags almost to the back scissor, the front shock mount broke,or was broken, rewelded it,still having problems,it has some kind of aftermarket springs that are shorter than stock,I am not shure if the gas shock helps control ride height, and I do not know where the dampener screw should be set at,and the torsion bars, can they be adjusted to control ride height,I would appreciate any input,I am a VIP gold member since o7 but new to 4-Stroke Thanks Paulieflyer2

The torsions control ride height along with any binding that may be going on from the wrecked link. For the shock clickers start in the middle. Clockwise makes it stiffer and slower on rebound knob and stiffer on compression knob.

Had that problem with mine last year. Sounds the same. Had skid out, put new Pivot arm in (tired of welding the old one) reassembled and still had same problem. Ended up breaking Pivot arm 1 again. Dissassebled this fall and found the Pivot arm 2 broken. Bought a new one, back to normal.

I've had skid out several times in the past 2 years and am sure this part has been broken for a long time. Embarrassed to say I didn't notice until I was changing the upper wheels and the axle (pivot arm 2 with the springs mounted) just popped out when I used the mallet to pop upper wheels.. Was broken internally. Like a axle slid inside of a pipe.

Ride height is back to normal for me now so if you have the skid out, it would be worth a check.
