2008 apex
2008 apex gt ltx, rode it home the other night after 70 miles at near 0, heavy snow and 1 bad water hole that sprayed some water everywhere. Ran fine, no lights, got it home and went to ride the next morning and no crank. Fuel pump kicks on, gauges light but no crank. Upon further investigation, all fuses good, ground blocks just went through less than 200 miles ago. I had a bad ecm and just replaced. If I jump the starter solenoid it fires right up, runs with no codes, once it's warm I can shut it off and the key works fine to start it. Battery is good, thinking I'm chasing moisture that's freezing somewhere, just not sure where yet. Anyone have a similar problem? After I jumped it I ran about 50 miles tonight, shut down multiple times and would start with the key just fine. Got home and let it sit for 3 hours, now the key won't crank again. Started it by jumping the solenoid again, and let it warm up. Key works again. Results are replicable, feel like it has to be something freezing, either in the key switch or maybe the solenoid? But I'm not trying to just throw parts at this thing. Thanks for reading, and hopefully any advice.

Battery is good ... Had lots of machines (tractors / lawn tractors) at dealership that
would crank jumping solenoids but not from the key that really turned into bad batteries.
You could force an 11 volt battery to crank by jumping soln that would not work
the safety circuits and relays ???
As far as moisture , anywhere to get inside with radiant heating and expose everything
for a couple days to cook ? Even an electric heater BUT DON"T burn the place or sled.
Had a clamped on heat bulb on a car engine years ago and clamp slid as warmed up
and melted some plastic stuff , nothing that was important.LOL
