If you cant afford or locate a used TS or used Arctic Cat rear skid that work on the nytro Your best bet is to find used or order new Apex mountain springs. From what i remember reading back in 08 they should bolt right on and are a lot stiffer then the stock nytro. You can also look into either getting your shocks re-vavled for your weight. I beleive that are your only choices.
I have a set of 153 Ice age rails that fit a TS mountain tamer skid on SW for +/- $175 they have one season on them before i went to 163. They are in great shape. so if you do look around you may be able to find a used TS skid for less then the $2000 new price tag.

bottoming out
yup torsion springs the stiffer the better had the same prob. w mine it helped but not like ts suspension w fox shocks. you can find used for around 1000.00 bucks just keep looking they go fast. sg

Mine had same problem, I put in bigger springs and it hasn't bottomed yet.
