Well here is an update...I read all the advise given here. Bought a set of tuner skis, went with a 2/4 carbide combination....set toe, and adjusted the compression and rebound down to its lower settings 2 compression 1 rebound. New sled!!!! Now to do the tunnel and rail extension with the 2" lug. Then a set of airframe boards.....Glad I didn't give up on the sled and sell it..

Yea the 2008 nytro is a strange sled, i got mine nytro mtx in late 2009 and this winter(2015)i got it dialed in like i wanted. Now its a new sled to drive
