There is a website you can use to search for actual patent design material too, maybe it's the same one? I came across a LOAD of Honda stuff from the early 90's when they were considering a side-by-side and Cub-based vehicle.

Some of those new names could be the 2007 and 2008 jet-ski's that Yamaha might introduce with the newest version of the R-1 motor.

I wouldn't be surprised if they put a power steering system in a sled. They have it on the new ATV'S!!
Wonder how long it would take to get used to power steering on a snowmobile? I have the feeling that the 130 HP phazer would be the RS motor stepped up with EFI as it doesn't quite make sense for yamaha to put a factory turbo on the phazer. Great idea, but i don't think they'd do it.

Havent I been saying that the Nytro would the Phazer. Thats what iv been worried about all along. cuz i dont rly care for the Phazer! I dont hate it just dont like it.
Could you imagine the possibilities with power steering on a sled. Run 240 studs with 10 inch carbides, set the ski pressure heavy and still steer with hardly any effort.
Power steering would make the Apex feel even lighter, adding to the already good job of hiding the sleds weight.
