2006 Apex RTX
Looking at a 2009 Apex RTX for a friend.
It has the CK rear suspension. Any thoughts or input on this?
Also, was the 2009 RTX geared lower like the 2007 RTX?

Firmer than the mono, CK is an awesome suspension. (IMO)

Well he bought the sled with 1000 miles on it.
We'll run it then adjust from there.
Thanks for input

I HATED the CK skid and Floats on my '06 Nytro.
Skid was too stiff, yet would bottom very harshly on a mild bumps/when I wasn't expecting it. And the original Floats are junk too IMO. Same story, either too mushy or rock hard.
Best of luck getting it setup to his liking. Float pressure so that the A arms are level or slightly above level was the best I found for keeping the front end as stable as possible.
