Just wondering how to go about putting a 2 inch challenger track on my 2009 Nytro XTX 144.. tracks on the way.. I been reading some forms online and some people say its possible to still use the 9 tooth drivers with the protectors removed on cooler and along the tunnel... but some people say it still wont fit.. just looking for the best advice on what I should do and what works ... thanks in advanced !
Hooray!

I have heard anything over the 1.6/1.75s require removal of the cooler protectors and I believe it. Not much clearance at those protectors, when I was working on my starter down there was amazed how little my 1.6" Camoplast had, any stick, rock, etc could jam there easily.

It will be fine with protectors removed. I have a 2 inch i am planning to put in this weekend. Taking out the 1.77 which has clearance.

The 2 inch is on with 1/2 to spare . Hopefully we don't run too much trash though there, lol. Xtx 2009 . My 2008 has a good inch clearance with the 1.5 intense track. These are with protectors removed at heat exchangers only.

I run a 1.75" Backcountry with the tunnel protectors removed.
