Hi,
Looking at a 2009 Nytro XTX with only 2000 miles but looks like it could have been 2000 hard
driven miles.
What should I look for and with all the talk of twisted front frame how can you tell from just looking at it?
Thanks in advance.

Although I have never seen a bent sub frame, look at the skis and make sure one is not leading.

Ski spindle angles don't match one another, shocks touching A arms, even denting them, crinkled lower plate on the subframe, loose A arm bushings, one ski seems to stick out further than the other, etc.

There are a lot of threads on the weak subframe of the Nytro. Try the search feature...I've seen lots of pics posted by other members, myself included.

The shocks should be in the centre of the a-arms...mine is out a bit but does not effect the handling at all..if they are out a lot then there is a problem.

Make sure to update your fuel pump relay. Mine stranded me last year. Also check for wiring harness rub and perhaps starter solenoid. All easy fixes with Lots of info here on the site. Enjoy!

welcome to the club....... a small bit of set-up and they're awesome
