2009 Nytro MTX 153" to 162"

Does anyone know if a 2010 Nytro MTX 162" skid will bolt into a 2009 Nytro MTX 153" sled? I know therey are different skids, just wondering if the mounts are the same. Local dealer no help !!!!!!!!

It should bolt right up. The only thing you should have to do is extend your tunnel.

it bolts right in. Havent done it personally. Know of a couple people who have done it though. You dont have to extend the tunnel either.

a 162 fits under a 153 tunnel with no issues. I have a 162 and my sled was orginally a 153.

HHHMMM, i just bought a tunnel extension for mine. Going from 162 to 174, thats an extra 6". Tunnel extension not realy needed but stupid looking without it, imo.
153 to 162 is 4.5", i guees it could be ok looking.

I did this on my old 09 153 as Stoli mentioned. It did bolt right in. Had the same questions and nobody seemed to have an answer, so I just bought a pulled out skid from someone who went TS and tried it. Didn't have an issues at all. Everything slid right into place.

There are a few pics in my older threads form about a year ago that show the change. I didn't do a tunnel extension either. As stoli stated, there was plenty of space left.
