2009 FX Nytro RTX...
Hello Fellow Tyer's
I'm making my 09 Nytro RTX into an XTX and was wondering if I can install a 15x2.0x144 challenger track rather than the 15x1.75x 144 backcounrty track. When I purchased the sled I had the dealer install extrovert drivers and a 15x1.5x121 intense track. Just figure if I can install a bigger lug without an issue why not do it rather than regret not doing it. We ride everywhere on trail in mountains and off trail so if you have input I would greatly appreciate. I can put up with a bit of noise on a trail to have fun off trail. The 121 isn't a fan of off trail.

Thanks in advance. :bling

if you run that track you will have to remove your tunnel protectors and heat exchanger protectors if it isn't already done. i've seen guys run that intense with and without the protectors so it could be done. look under your sled at the heat exchanger and see if there is two aluminum square tubes welded to the exchanger, those need to be gone. there are threads on how to remove them.

I have a 144x15x2.0 challenger on my sled right now and mine was a 121 as well. To be honest I am likely going back to a 1.75" though. Better overall. ....unless I get a good deal on a 2.0 ;)!
