I can get a great deal on a 136 challenger that has been cut down to a 1.5 lugs. Right now I have a 121 intense track. I'm looking to relocate the skid and put a rail extension on to bring me to a 136. Will the challenger hook up as good as the intense? Or am I just wasting my time and money?
I ride mostly trails but go off. Trail as much as I can but the 121 does not cut it.

You will be better off with a track like the ripsaw/cobra, the challenger track has soft lugs that lay over easy.
