2009 Phazer with 79miles pricing

I have a chance to buy a 2009 red Phazer GT with only 79 miles on it for my 13 year old son. It was serviced every year and only ridden 2 times in 2009. Very wealthy owners looking to sell. The sled is showroom condition and is sitting @ my local Yamaha dealer right now(he is selling it for them).They are looking for 4k for it. Good price??

Before I even read your post I was going to say 4,000$ based on the title alone. Around here the used price is ~3500$ with 08'+ Phazers in the 2000-6000 mile range. 07' still have a Stigma with buyers and are usually below 3000$
