I want to keep my stock cables and bars for the time being, can anyone give me a link for bar risers? Also, any post on rear suspension setups? I weight about 60lbs more then the previous rider and want to get the sled set for me.

Is it possible to do the OFT Relocate and add a Lake Effect riser without extending the cables?

Just do the oft. You might not need a riser after you try it and you don't have to extend the cables

I have the OFT and a 2" or 2.5"lake effect riser with no cable extensions. I did have to re-route the throttle cable and mess around with the wiring a little, but wasn't a big deal. I would say that is about as tall as you could go without the throttle cable extension. I am 5' 9" and it fits me perfect for standing up. Lake effect is the way to go they make a nice high end product.

I am 6'7" but i have long arms so i'm hoping the oft plus lake effect will be enough for me. I mostly trail ride.

I'm 6.5 with long arms and find the OFT was all I needed. Although, Lake Effect Risers would be what I'd recommend if you still needed more. Beautiful product!

I have a rtx, I know the post is different but not sure about the cables. I am running a 5 in lakeeffect with flat bars and the oft but I did have the stock bars mounted with a 6" and it fit just fine but was way up there, way to high to ride with. I just had to reroute the throttle cable under the bars. I rode one year with the 6" and flat bars and went to a 5". All in all with the flat bars it's about 3" + the oft, perfect for standing or sitting when train riding.

No worries tparsons! I thought this would have sent me a notification when someone posted on it to my email but I now am just getting back to looking at this, unfortunately I just ordered a set of powermade bar risers for like $50 shipped, guess I will see how they work. I had sent an email to Lakeeffectsnow.com but never received a reply.
