does anyone happen to have clear pictures/ possible description of the spacers and washers for each gear in the chaincase? I swapped tracks last spring and happened to move in the process and now I’m struggling to figure out which washers and spacers go on the top shaft and I’m worrying I lost some parts, any help would be great thanks

Don't have any pics right now but I typically use the parts fiche to get a good understanding of how things go back together

I guess I’ll skip the top shaft and try to assemble the bottom and see what parts are left over

I’ve looked at this post before I think the pics are old which is why they’re so hard to see but it helps

So I got everything together but have 2 issues, I forgot the tiny sprung between the two reverse gears will this be an issue? And the brake pads are stuck closed

If its the park brake pads they can be tricky to set. You will figure it out lol. I took the park brakes system off my sled. And I think you need the spring.

You need the spring...and make sure the outer gear (that sandwiches the inner gear with that spring), sits in the correct position. It's easy to put in backwards..ask me how I know lol.
