2009 yamaha nytro error code and diagnostic help

i am flashing error code number 37. i guess the idle speed control valve is fully open. the sled still runs fine i cannot tell any difference at all. i ran the diagnostic and everything is good. idol speed control unit is viberating like it should and according to the diagnostic there are no problems with it. but i cannot erase the error code. its my understanding that that diagnostic code number 62 is how to erase these error codes. when i scroll to 62 it says there is one error code then i press the hand warmer button to erase the code, but it does not erase. any help would be great.
