Update: Replaced starter and sled starts nice now however all codes remain 13,20,15 and 84. let the sled warm up . As soon as I touch the throttle sled turns off! tried to reset codes, still failed, codes remain! ran through diag numbers. 01 reads 0 throttle closed changes to 1 when moved ( should be 15-18 closed and approach 100 when opened) 24 shows closed throttle off, open throttle moved to on. I think my issue is either the TORS or TPS. I would like to try to by pass tors... are they the connecters with single wires in the large bundle under head light/windy module or somewhere off throttle cable area ? Does someone have a wiring diagram? thanks

There are 2 single wires in that bundle, one with black connector and one with white, unplug them and plug the white into black and that should bypass.

Again, codes can't be cleared if they are active.
Even TORS bypassed I think you will still have codes.
Just find the problem and all the codes will go away, you won't need to bypass TORS, and your sled won't take off on you and smash into something if the throttle ever freezes.

Happy new years all ! update. opened up wire harness almost all around. Found blue and bl black cluster under ECU lower front, looks good and read continuity all the way back to TPS both wires. unplugged ECU read continuity on both at that plug also. Yellow wire reads all the way through also... TPS resistance shows value and changes with throttle movement........ This is crazy... I had to walk away for a bit. What am I missing?
