2010 Demo ride Head count/Info.

Ok guys , we are 1 week out from our departure for Munising. we just want to get a better idea of how many are coming and what we can expect for the tailgating. We are going to bring a few extra packages of Brats for those who are not able or might forget. We will have you covered and still want Everyone to participate and have a Great time!
Thurs. night will be Brats and Burgers, Tailgate style in the parking lot. please bring your own meats, buns and drinks but we will have extra!
Friday night we are planning on hitting the fish fry in shingleton. it is $10 or $11 and all you can eat and it's pretty Darn good!
Saturday night we are planning a large Chili cook out , Tailgate style in the parking lot. If you can bring a crockpot of chili that is Awesome otherwise I am sure we will have enough to go around.
EVERYONE is Welcome and encouraged to attend!
We will be having ride meetings on Thurs. and fri. nights, at 8 pm, to discuss different groups and riding destinations/styles. some will go trail riding some off trail and some forest road riding. The meeting will be in the hotel lobby. Friday will be the Demo rides for TotallYamaha members pre registered with Mr. Sled only! We may delay thursday nioght ride meeting until 9 pm. to allow Tom enough arrival time so we can get things squared away with the Demo riders.
We will have Flyers posted on all entrances to the hotel with each days information posted on them along with a dry erase board in the hotel lobby with all information listed on it.
This will be a great Trip and we look forward to seeing all of our old friends and make several new friends also!

On a side note, if you do not check in with me or Mark Thursday eve, we will assume you are not in on the Demo Rides. I have some names down now and it looks to be quite a handful of riders. We need to talk with Yamaha and see the best way to handle the riders to get the best feed back on the unit. I am thinking we will leave with the unit for the day and rotate riders in on the sleds. If you are not willing to let someone else ride your sled then you should make other plans.

Tom, I think Jason has already talked with you about the demo rides, but Jason (racinjason) and I (michmobiler) are definately in for the demo rides. We will be arriving too late on Thursday for the cookout (darn work) but we are both early risers so whatever time works for the Friday schedule- we are in! Chuck, Be sure to check for the flyers on the hotel doors and/or dry erase board in the lobby, you will be able to get information about meeting times for the next morning there. We are hoping this will help prevent any confusion in the mornings.
On a good note you guys will be there for Chili night on Saturday!
