We were up in the moosehead lake region earlier this week and after warming up both my wife's and my sleds I turned them off until we got ready (15 minutes). When my wife tried to start her sled it just clicked, did not turn over. I jumped it and it turned over just fine, rode around locally for about an hour with no problems and then rode another 150 miles on the Katadin loop. Never a problem. Got home yesterday and after clearing off the trailer from our latest storm started up my wifes sled and let it warm up. Then turned it off and tried to start it up again, same problem that we experienced in Maine, just a clicking, did not turn over. Tomorrow morning I will try it again, then test the battery at the terminals. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How long of a warm up and are you using the key or kill switch to shut it off?
Always use the key, don't leave it in the on position by using the kill switch.
If neither of these apply then check for loose/corroded battery terminals first.

I warm them up for about 15 minutes and always shut them off with the key. Thinking that is could be a possible elect. drain from somewhere, for the first time I actually pushed the kill switch (something that I know I should always be doing) and kept it that way until tonight when I fired it up for 15 minutes and then shut it down with the key and then tried to start it up again with no success.

Possible starter relay...... should be the big one attached to the battery tray, and since you need to check your connections anyway, you can have a looky. Some guys are seem corrosion on the white plug that attaches to the top of the relay.
