I have my 2010 Vector on a sled lift. When I turn the bars from L to R or R to L, there's quite a bit of resistance when the bars are almost fully to the L or R direction. Has anyone experienced this & found a solution? It's as if there's some lubrication needed, but it's hard to even see the main steering column. I don't know how I'd get lubrication to the bushings.

Have you greased the spindles? Is this a new to you sled?

The spindles ave been greased. I'm the original owner. You can hear/feel the stickiness in the steering. It's seems to be in the main steering shaft. Without having the sled on a lift, you would not likely be aware of it.

I only asked because I just did oilite bushings in the front end of my 08, it tightened the front end up so much that it was hard to turn the skis with the front end elevated. I am guessing after a few rides it will loosen up.

Today I lubed the rear bush on the shaft that runs fore/aft. The one just in front of the reverse lever. That was the one causing the problem.
