2010 RS, I replaced all bushings in the front but I still have rotational slop of about five degrees either direction. I have been reading about loose steering and how people replace the steering blocks but I fail to see how this corrects a rotational error. I assume the slop must be in the linkages.
Planning to attempt to correct in the off season.

Lots of heim joints in the system. When they all get a small amount of wear it adds up to a large amount overall.
8 heim joints 2 bulkead pivots and 3 steering blocks. If each had a 1/32 play in it that would equal 13/32. Add that to the mechanical advantage the system has and that's a lot of "slop"
