Ran my XTX in the Stock 600S class at the grass drags and placed 2nd ! Class was about 30 sleds. And yes, I was the only Nyto at the event. I did nothing to the sled (no lowering, suspensions adjustments, etc) from when I ran it last in the spring. Speeds were 82-84ish on the meter but I was unable to get the timing slips. $15 at the car wash didnt remvoe all the mud...

I spent most of the day saturday up there with family watching the oval races. Wish I'd known there was a nytro running at the drags. Definitely would have come and cheered ya on.

I see in your sig you have the Yamaha fuel caddies? If you have not yet installed them, do NOT use the aluminum sex bolt that holds the strap onto the frame. Both mine broke on the 1st ride in less than 5miles. Just use a regular bolt and locknut. I also found i had to add a bungee diagonal across the top of the can the keep it in place. Since those slight mods, I've ridded pretty hard with them and they stay put.

Mewaschuk, Nice work with the Nitro XTX on the grass drags. I have been looking for races here in the east and shows and saw yours a week too late! A friend of mine that I ride with has the same sled and I have a hard time getting him on the hole shot with my apex LTX, great fun grass dragging i am sure!
