Looking for some advice. I have a 2011 Nytro XTX which has a 2 inch track installed and recently dropped the top gear down to 19 tooth. Last riding season, I only had the 2 inch track and found that it bogged out in deeper snow and didnt seem to have that much power. I turned up the spring 3 more degress and that helped a bit but it still was sluggish in deeper snow. I am hoping that the top gear swap will help out a bit more. I am looking for advice on what a good clutch set up would be for this sled. I want somethign that is still good on trails but awesome off trail. I want to hammer the throttle and have the front end pick straight up and cat walk in deeper snow.
I spoke with Schmidt bros and they recommend the Stage 2 set up. Will that be a good set up to pull the front end right up and cat walk but still be good on trails? I have also talked to Ulmers and they recommend basically the same set up through them.
Please help before the snow flies.
