that pipe looks like its almost kinked, id say your definitely loosing some hp and gas mileage from that
further to that, has anyone here tried clothing that space off with metal? i wonder if it would make any difference as far as ice buildup

Checking prices online, I think I'll be close to $1000 CDN to replace it with a new one. I think I'll wait till the off season so I'll have some time to look at trying to repair it or find a good used one. I got to suspect with this exhaust design there's other Yami's out there with exhaust pipes crushed just like mine. You have to take a pretty good look under the tunnel, above the track, with a flashlight to see it.
Makes the YamiCat look temping just to get back to a normal exhaust that exits ahead of the tunnel without donuts!

Look on eBay or craigslist or kikijiji or whatever you guys use up there. You should be able to find one used for like $50
