The 2011 Apex looks like a sweet machine, would like to get something with PS for myself and the wife. I'm sure as hell not buying her an Apex, has there been any talk on if the same changes will be put into the Vector for 2011? If I can find a way to mortgage my firstborn child I may look into spending some cash. I've historically been a Ski Doo guy, but am looking to go 4 stroke, the new 2011 1200 gades are red... uugghh. IMO the new Apex is one of the sweetest looking machines I've seen, I'm a blue guy (have 2 Yammie ATV's), seems like they've got this thing figured out and would like to see these same changes in the Vector. I've got PS on the ATV's, YES its the best thing since sliced bread.

Doubt you will see the steering on the vector till 2012.

I doubt you will see a 2012 Vector !

Let me re phrase that statement Logic would dictate it is easier to upgrade all at once when the only differences is power train and keep the "common"parts Installed on one assembly line Why didnt all the delta box 2 chassis get the same skids I doubt Yamaha was going to put this new technology on its flagship my bet is the vector will remain unchanged until all Inventory that is left over is sold off which i suspect is alot

I wonder if the new Apex might be more friendly to drive than the vector with the new 1050 motor Ive ridden the new nytro and compared to my nytro with the 973 triple that blast of torque off the line is just wicked and could be a handful in the woods where the Apex is not as torqy in the lower RPM range
