Hi - I changed the oil for the first time last night in my 2014 Apex XTX and followed the instructions provided in this thread.....they were very helpful for sure!! I do have one question when re-installing the airbox.
I did make sure the airbox was properly connected to each throttle body and not half on.....did take quite some time but they are installed correctly. I also re-installed the sensor on the side of the air box and the large rubber tube that plugs into the airbox.
My questions is there is also a small diameter tube that is part of the airbox (molded into airbox on opposite side of sensor and large rubber tube)...is this simply a vent or did I forget to hook a hose up to this as well? I did not see anything but after I put it all together I am second guessing myself. Started the sled and no engine codes/etc....seems OK but want to make sure I did this correctly.
appreciate any input.

there is a small vent tube that dumps into the belly of the sled that connects to that.

Yes this is the airboxb drain. On my 15 xtx there is no longer a tube that attaches, on my 08 there was a tube. Either way the sled will run fine.

Thanks for the input. It has been bothering me so I took the airbox out last night again. Correct, this small drain molded into bottom of air box towards front of sled has no hose attached. There is the hose/tube that goes to the engine and the other hose/tube that hooks into side of airbox. Feel better now and thanks for the help. Ready to ride now!
