Makes me feel better about upgrading my 2007 to a 136"
Also mean a continued supply of parts longer.

I beg to differ, Mike. Quite possibly in it's current state but with possibly a revamped motor package in the future.
16 model would be 10 years running in it's current configuration. One more year an that makes 11, my fav number!!
Either way: It will be very interesting to see where this goes in the next year or two

I still love this sled five years on now. A couple of weeks ago I was blasting drifts, having the time of my life. Such a great motor; so blatty and quick-revving and rude. One of those classic Yamaha sled motors that just begs to be pinned to the bar and keeps coming back for more, all day long.

I just wish they would give us a 115ish horse phaser. I would sell my rx1 in a heartbeat for that sled. I love playing on my wife's but getting on the throttle of my sled is a completely different experience.

I hope they keep the motor for their next chasis because its a great sled for what it is. cheap, reliable and entry level. people dog on the hp all the time but thats not why you buy it

I agree with all that except for it being entry level. Smaller horsepower doesn't make it entry level.

Entry level sleds don't have damping and preload adjustment shocks with reservoirs.
